Kundalini is the mysterious energy of human body which is accumulated and present in the Muladhara Chakra. The person who seeks to send this energy up to the head can transform it into the spiritual energy.

When awakened, Kundalini rises up from the Muladhara Chakra, passes through the central Nadi (also called Sushumna) and finally reaching the top of the head, Sahasrar Chakra. The progress of Kundalini through the different chakras undergoes different levels of awakening and a mystical experience, until Kundalini finally reaches the top of the head, Sahasrara or Crown Chakra, producing an extremely profound transformation of no thought or no mind state.
